Assess
The first session sets your baseline (stance, movement, conditioning) so the plan fits you from day one.
Train
Book single sessions or a block of ten. Each session builds on the last, with direct feedback every round.

Balance, distance, and movement: the base everything else is built on.
/Punching technique
Clean mechanics on the bag and pads, from the jab to combinations.
/Defence
Guard, head movement, and reading shots so you stay composed under pressure.
/Conditioning
Boxing-specific fitness: engine, speed, and work rate that carries through the rounds.
/Pad work
Live rounds on the pads with a champion calling combinations and correcting in real time.
/Sparring & fight prep
For those ready to compete: controlled sparring and a plan for the bout. (On request.)
